Lauren is creative, enthusiastic and passionate about working with children. The passion for her practice comes form her experience working with children with special needs, in particular children with Autism Spectrum Disorders and neurodevelopmental disorders. Lauren describes her experience as being rewarding and meaningful not only for her own practice but for her personal growth. She is eager to continue to work with children, families and with the ISAND team.
Lauren Strub received her Masters in Clinical Science and Disorders at the University of Western Ontario and is a registered Speech-Language Pathologist with CASLPO. She has completed Level 1 and Level 2 to PROMPT Technique and is qualified to use PROMPT to help improve the speech of children with motor speech disorders.
